Here’s how we handle returns on boats, electric outboard motors, new tiller handles, pre-owned outboard motors, used hoods & cowls, and more.
How Long Do You Have to Return Your Outboard Motor or Boat?
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
This applies to most of our products, including new outboard engines and used outboard motor parts.
If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty.
What Can You Return?
You can return products if:
- They’re faulty or damaged on arrival
- They’re not what we described or you ordered
- You simply change your mind within 30 days (for most items)
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in the original packaging
- With all tags and accessories included
- In the same condition you received them
Used outboard motors and parts are inspected before sale and sold as described.
If you find an issue, let us know as soon as possible.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
Some products are non-returnable unless faulty, including:
- Custom or personalized items
- Used outboard motor parts showing wear beyond what was disclosed
- Items returned without original packaging or in used condition

How to Start a Return for Your Outboard Motor, Boat, or Part
- Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label if applicable
- Pack your item securely and send it back to us
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- If the return is due to our mistake (faulty or wrong item), we cover return shipping costs
- If you’re returning because you changed your mind, you’ll usually pay the return shipping
How and When Will You Get Your Refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned outboard motor, boat, or part:
- We’ll process your refund within 10 working days
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
- Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is our fault
What If Your Return Is Lost or Damaged?
If your return gets lost or damaged in transit, contact us straight away.
We’ll work with the courier to sort it out or arrange a replacement if needed.
