  • The item you received isn’t what we described or ordered—maybe you got the wrong electric outboard motor model
  • Your order never arrives within the promised delivery time
  • You change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order (for most products)

  • Used outboard motor parts that show signs of wear beyond what was disclosed
  • Items returned without original packaging or in used condition

Return Shipping Costs

If the refund is because of our mistake—like a faulty new outboard engine or wrong boat part—we cover the return shipping.
If you’re returning because you changed your mind, you’ll usually need to cover the cost of sending the item back.

How and When You’ll Get Your Refund

Refunds go back to the original payment method.
We aim to process refunds within 10 working days after receiving the returned item.
If there’s a problem with your refund, we’ll keep you in the loop.

Damaged or Lost Returns
