5 HP Tohatsu Outboards The 5 hp Tohatsu outboards deliver outstanding fuel economy and reliability second to none. The 5 hp Tohatsu motor is a great source of portable power for jon boats, skiffs, and inflatables, as well as auxiliary power for sailboats and "kickers" for larger fishing boats. The 5hp Tohatsu outboard motor shares many 4 hp features with the added benefit of a larger carburetor and propeller for increased performance. Fuel is delivered via a portable 3.1 gallon external fuel tank and fuel line (included). The 5 HP Tohatsu motor is available with a 15 in short shaft or 20 in long shaft.
