Mavimare GF 300 HD2 hydraulic steering for twin outboards

The Mavimare GF 300 HD 2 is a heavy-duty hydraulic steering system for double outboard motors up to 600 HP (2 x 300 HP).
All parts of this pump and cylinder are made of aluminum or stainless steel 316 quality.
The bolts and nuts are of A4 quality, which means that this hydraulic control can also be used at sea because it is seawater resistant.

This control is recommended for engines from 25 to 600 HP.
If you have an engine that has more than 300 HP, we recommend the Mavimare GF 350 BHD, suitable for engines up to 350 HP.

It comes complete with 2 x 7.5 meter hoses, which can be made to measure by means of heavy-duty clamp couplings.
These hoses have a maximum working pressure of 190 bar (test pressure 300 bar).
The controller itself has a working pressure of up to 70 bar.
The pump has a pressure relief valve and non-return valves.
It fits on every motorcycle and is suitable for engines up to 300 HP.

The big advantage of this control is that the mounting rod that is in
The bracket of the motor must be mounted and consists of 2 halves.
This means that the motor does not need to be lifted or dismantled.
The motor bolts can therefore remain fixed and therefore do not need to be resealed (for sealing).
The solid mounting bar consists of 2 halves that are screwed together.
The installation of the control is therefore easy to do yourself.

It is even possible to mount the hydraulic steering when the boat is in the water.

With many other brands of controls, the motor often has to be disconnected
and hoisted up to engage the mounting bar
